Custodial sentence for Arcwood Director
| Arcwood Recycling Ltd and its Director Luke Barker, of Derbyshire were sentenced today (4 Mar) at Derby Crown Court to charges relating to the pollution of the Ereswash Canal in October 2013. They pleaded guilty at Derby Crown Court on 20 February. |
