B3.5.2.9 Biodegradable Waste

The Landfill (England and Wales) Regulations 2002 [SI No. 1559] defines Biodegradable Waste as:

“any waste that is capable of undergoing anaerobic or aerobic decomposition, such as food or garden waste and paper and cardboard;”
