Is there an Environmental Policy in place?    
Has the Policy been endorsed by Top Management?    
Is the Policy appropriate to the nature, scale and environmental impacts of its activities, products and services?    
Does the Policy include a commitment to continual improvement?    
Does the Policy include a commitment to prevention of pollution?    
Does the Policy include a commitment to comply with applicable legal requirements and with other requirements to which the organization subscribes which relate to its environmental aspects?    
Does the Policy provide the framework for setting and reviewing environmental objectives and targets?    
Is the Policy reviewed regularly?    
Is the Policy communicated to relevant people?    
Is the Policy available to the public?    
4.3.1 Environmental Aspects
Is there a procedure in place to identify the environmental aspects of its activities, products and services?    
Do these include the aspects that can be controlled and influenced?    
Is there a process for determining significance?    
Has the information been regularly reviewed and updated?    
How are the significant environmental aspects minimised or controlled?    
4.3.2 Legal and Other Requirements
Is there a procedure in place to identify applicable legal requirements and other requirements?
