B3.10.3 Waste Carriers
The rules for waste carriers changed in January 2014. Please refer to section B3.10.5.
You must ensure that your waste is only carried by someone who is a Registered Waste Carrier. You should obtain a copy of their Waste Carriers Registration certificate and then check with the Environment Agency that it is valid. You can check this on the public registers on the Environment Agency website.
It is advisable to conduct these checks periodically, to ensure that the waste carriers you use still have a Waste Carriers Registration certificate.
